33rd Edition of the Bal de la Jonquille

No dream is too big!

2026 Co-Chairs

On April 30, the legendary Daffodill Ball will take place at Montreal’s Gare Windsor.

To ensure the success of the 33rd edition of this major and unique event, the Canadian Cancer Society is honoured to rely on the support of these two leaders who help elevate Quebec.

Cancer affects all of us—whether personally or through our families, friends, or colleagues. Every year, millions of people receive a diagnosis, and millions of families are deeply impacted. Supporting the Bal de la Jonquille, the flagship event of the Société canadienne du cancer, is an act of solidarity in the face of this disease. By taking part in this evening, we join forces to support research, improve treatments, and accompany people living with cancer throughout their journey and daily lives. Together, we can truly make a difference in the fight against cancer. Groupe CH is proud to be associated with this event, and we thank you for being here and helping strengthen hope.

Groupe CH

For more than 20 years, I have been actively involved in the fight against cancer, driven by the resilience of those affected and by my desire to help build a future without this disease. Over the years, I have cycled tens of thousands of kilometres to raise funds for this cause. My commitment has also grown through my involvement with the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, where I have witnessed firsthand the progress of science—and of hope. This cause also resonates deeply with me on a personal level, having lost loved ones to the devastating impact of cancer, a disease that continues to claim far too many lives.

This year, I have the honour of co-chairing the Bal de la Jonquille, an evening that embodies the strength of a community united in a shared effort. Banque Scotia is proud to have supported the Société canadienne du cancer for many years. This partnership reflects our commitment to advancing research, prevention, and support for those affected by cancer. When we bring our efforts together—as we do at the Daffodil Ball—we mobilize a collective force capable of creating real change today and building a better future.
